Victoria Bresnan is working on a Business Administration Apprenticeship with Virgin Care’s Bath & North East Somerset Community Health and Care Services.
Victoria is based at Connections Day Services in Radstock. She said, “I would advise everyone to take full advantage of an apprenticeship It is great for gaining lots of new knowledge and shows you the skills you need for progressing within your career.”
“I wanted to move forward within my career and knew the way to achieve this was through gaining qualifications. I didn’t think would happen so soon until I saw this opportunity.
“I plan to focused on what I have achieved throughout my apprenticeship and hope to gain a job in a higher role.”
At the end of the apprenticeship this year Victoria, 25, will gain a level three qualification in business administration and she already has plans to undertake a level four apprenticeship to continue her development.
