We embrace technology as an enabler, not a transformation in its own right, to transform services.  Back in 2014, we were also the first provider to implement secure mobile working with direct clinical records access – and we’ve continued to lead the way.

As we continue to invest into service design, we work across services for families, adults and children: delivering on improved outcomes, increased school readiness, reducing A&E admissions, and improving social mobility.

Integrated 0-19s services

As one of the biggest providers of 0-19s services across the country, employing more than 1700 colleagues and serving families across 4 counties, our digital-first Healthy Family model delivers improved outcomes, reduces health inequality and has been recognised at Westminster as one of the most advanced in the country.

Care co-ordination

Our care co-ordination model delivers efficiency, improved experience and supports improved outcomes, as well as saving thousands of administrative hours and helping people with long term conditions take control of their own health and care.

Community Dermatology

With more than 10 years’ experience of delivering consultant-led community dermatology services, our model makes use of innovative technology to cut down waits to an average 4 weeks, means our consultants can support a third more patients and cuts down travel too: with an end-to-end service provided at community venues, close to where people live and easily accessible on public transport.

Sexual Health

We launched our Sexual Health Hub back in 2018, pioneering digital first sexual health services which offered 24/7 online advice, access to testing and appointment booking, working alongside our local authority partners. Our website means easy access to sexual health advice whenever it’s needed, and using our Care Co-ordination technology means someone’s always on the other end of the phone.
